Well here’s solution, why not import your music from Russia via the internet. Alot of people have done this to take advantage the difference from buying music locally where it’s expensive vs buying it from lower cost country. I can think of Canadian prescriptions being something similar concept as this. The solution is finding websites where it’d help you drive down cost of buying music, down to sometimes paying just ten cents per song, and also have no less than half a million songs available.
