Oh we have it, the last will of Michael Jackson here for your review. Clearly the first thing in my head was, why didn’t he do a living trust, than most Californians would do to preserve their asset without having to go through alot of court wrangling? What kind of lawyer does he have? Secondly, for a public figure, the will should probably include more witnesses on the safe side than the usual and perhaps doing fingerprints than initials or both. All of these raises the legitimacy of this will. WHy not have your say in the comment section?

Social Networks are common these days because everyone wants to connect to everyone else whether it’s for work, personal or social reasons. We have different groups, interests and affiliations. I think everyone should be aware of the danger of theft or identity theft. The risk is real, more so than ever. Just think, have you counted how many times you have used your credit card in a week? Probably dozens! And chances are, you can probably count how many times you’ve been swiping your debit or credit card over the cashier. It should scare you to know that what you learn so far, to avoid identity or online theft may not work for you.

You learnt not to give away the credit card or account numbers to anyone, avoiding fictitious emails asking you to enter your bank account details, watching out for phone calls pretending to be IRS agents, or responding to those decade-old Nigerian scams. You learnt all that already (hopefully by now right?) and thought you’re safe, well not so fast. Because what you’re about to see may shock you!

RapidShare is a German-owned one-click hosting pay- and free-service (with certain restrictions & limitations) website that operates from Switzerland and is financed by the subscriptions of paying users. Rapidshare is one of the world’s largest file-hosting sites with millions of files stored on its servers. According to Alexa, Rapidshare.com is currently the 12th most visited website globally!!!
