I recently installed Windows 7 and had gotten a blue screen, not the blue screen of death but just a blue screen like the following. The system stayed that way and the DVD Rom seems to be silent. It looks as though Windows 7 is stuck somehow. I researched online and some folks claimed this to be a problem with the DVD, the version of Windows 7 (i.e. not being legit) but mine definitely was, or had motherboard problems.
